If you have the same problem as mine.
The; Do as follow:
1- My Computer
2- Select the USB Hard and then Right Click
3- Go to Properties
4- Select Hardware Tab and then select your hard dist from list
5- Click on Properties and then Policies Tab
6- Select “Optimize for Performance” and then Click OK.

It’s All… The problem will solve.
